Baji365 account verification: phone, email, birthday and ID
Baji365 won't process a withdrawal until your phone, email and date of birth are verified, and your name has to match your wallet or bank account. Here's how to complete it in a couple of minutes, when ID is asked for, and how to change details later.

How to verify your account
- Log in and open Profile, then Personal InfoOn mobile: My Account, then Personal Account.
- Verify your phoneTap “Not verified” next to the number, then Verify. Enter the SMS code within 5 minutes and Submit.
- Verify your emailSame steps; check spam if the code doesn't arrive within a minute or two.
- Add your date of birthTap Edit Birthday, enter year, month and day, and Save. Verification is complete.
Changing your phone number or email
Only phone and email can change, at most three times over the life of the account. Username, full name, date of birth and currency are fixed.
- Email Baji365 support from your current registered emailUse the support email address shown in the help centre inside your Baji365 account, with the subject “Request To Change Email Address/Phone Number/Both”.
- Include the details it asks forUsername, full name, date of birth, last deposit and withdrawal amounts, current balance, the reason, and the old and new phone or email. Add your number and a good time for a call.
- Tell live chat you've sent it
- Take the verification callBaji365 calls to confirm it's you.
- Wait for the confirmationSent to your new email once approved.
Getting it right first time
- Register with your legal name exactly as on your ID and payment accounts.
- Use a phone number and email you'll keep, because changing them later takes a call and paperwork.
- Verify before you need to withdraw, so a delay doesn't hold up your money.
