Baji365 bKash deposit: bPay, Bonasa Pay and OnePay step by step

bKash is the most common way to fund a Baji365 account, and the cashier offers it through several channels. They look alike but don't work the same way: one asks you to Cash Out, the others to Send Money. Here's each one step by step, with an example and the checks that stop a deposit going missing.

Steps, limits and timings recorded from Baji365's help centre on 27 October 2026. Channels and payee details change often, so always follow what the cashier shows you at the time.

What bKash is, and how it connects to Baji365

bKash is Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service, a subsidiary of BRAC Bank, with accounts tied to a mobile number and a network of cash-in and cash-out agents. On Baji365, bKash is both a deposit method, through the bPay, Bonasa Pay, OnePay and BangkokPay channels, and a withdrawal method paying up to ৳25,000 per transaction.

Two bKash features matter here: Cash Out (to an agent number) and Send Money (to a personal number). Baji365's channels use one or the other, and mixing them up is the most common reason a bKash deposit fails.

Cash Out and Send Money are different bKash transactions. Use the one your chosen channel asks for. A Send Money to an agent number, or a Cash Out to a personal number, is a common reason deposits fail.

Worked example

Before you press Submit

  • Payee numbers and addresses change. Use the one shown on screen for this deposit, never one you saved, and never one sent to you by chat or phone.
  • Send exactly the amount you requested. Baji365 says it isn't liable for money lost to a mismatch or wrong details.
  • Send from the bKash account on your Baji365-registered phone number.
  • Use the bKash app rather than the *247# menu where you can: some channels need a slip, and SMS screenshots are rejected.
  • Keep the transaction ID and the app's receipt until the money shows in your balance.

Raising your bKash deposit limit

Each channel has a maximum. To raise it, ask Baji365's 24/7 support. If you qualify, they send a KYC email asking for your username, full name, phone number, email, NID number, NID photos (front and back), a photo of you holding your NID, your bKash number and a screenshot of your deposit account profile. Send these only in reply to an email from Baji365's real support address, in a conversation you started. Higher limits also mean higher possible losses, so it's worth setting a deposit limit that suits you.

In short: depositing with bKash

On the bPay channel you Cash Out to the number on screen; on Bonasa Pay and OnePay you Send Money. Do exactly what your chosen channel asks. Use the number shown on screen every time, because it changes, and after paying, enter the transaction ID in the deposit form and submit it.
