How a Baji365 deposit is credited

Every deposit on Baji365 is two separate events: your payment (a Cash Out, Send Money, bank transfer or crypto transfer) and your deposit request (the form with the transaction ID). Baji365 matches the two, then credits your balance, usually within 5 to 30 minutes. Almost every failure is a mismatch between them: a different amount, a wrong ID, a payment from someone else's number, or a request that was never submitted.

The 8 deposit mistakes to avoid

1. Using the wrong transaction typeBangkokPay deposits are Cash Out, not Send Money or Make Payment. Other channels may ask for Send Money; do what your channel says.
2. Paying without submitting the deposit formDeposits are two steps: pay, then submit the form. A successful Cash Out alone won't credit your account.
3. Entering a different amountThe form amount must match what you sent.
4. Sending less than the minimumThe form can't be submitted below the minimum. Send a top-up from the same wallet to the same number to reach it.
5. Mistyping the transaction IDRocket IDs are 10 digits; bKash and Nagad IDs are alphanumeric. Don't confuse 0 and O.
6. Uploading an invalid slipSMS screenshots are rejected. Use the app's Transaction History receipt showing time, date, ID and amount.
7. Re-using an old slipA duplicate slip is rejected automatically and the account is temporarily suspended until live chat reactivates it.
8. Leaving the BangkokPay pageYou get 10 minutes. Refreshing or leaving auto-submits an incomplete request, which then takes time to be declined.

How to resubmit a deposit yourself

1. Log in, open Deposit, then Transaction Records
2. Choose the date range and select the “Processing” deposit
3. Click “Edit and Resubmit”Available from 5 minutes after submitting until the transaction is processed.
4. Recheck the amount, Cash Out number and transaction IDYou can only edit the amount and Cash Out number once.
5. Upload the slip with “Choose Files” and Submit

If the deposit still isn't credited

Deposits usually arrive in 5 to 30 minutes. If yours hasn't, contact Baji365's 24/7 support with:

• Your username
• The wallet used (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, OK Wallet, SureCash, tap or upay)
• Your Cash Out number
• The transaction ID
• A screenshot showing date, time, amount and transaction ID

Recording a “Deposit Request Video”

If the funds still don't appear, support may ask for a video. Screen recordings aren't accepted; it must be filmed with a camera or another phone.

1. Switch your wallet app to English
2. Film the whole processFrom logging in to the wallet to the transaction history, clearly showing your account number, the agent number, transaction ID, time and date.
3. Email it to Baji365 supportUse the support email address shown in the help centre inside your Baji365 account, subject “Deposit Request Video”, with your username, wallet, Cash Out number, transaction screenshot, any case ID and the video.
4. Tell live chat you've sent itThey follow up once the payment partner replies.
