Baji365 password recovery: resetting a forgotten password

A forgotten password is one of the most common account problems, and also the moment scammers are most likely to offer help. Baji365 resets passwords by SMS or email with a temporary password that expires in 15 minutes. Here's how it works and what to do when it doesn't.

Account rules and steps recorded from Baji365's help centre on 27 October 2026. Menus are renamed from time to time, so follow what your screen shows.

Reset your password

  1. Open the genuine login form and choose “Forgot password?”Reach it from a bookmark or Baji365's official channels. See how to check the address.
  2. Choose SMS or emailEnter your username plus the verified phone number or email on your account, then Confirm.
  3. Find the random passwordBy SMS, or in your inbox. Check the spam or junk folder too.
  4. Log in within 15 minutesAfter that the random password expires.
  5. Set your own passwordEnter the random password, then a new one of your own, and press Submit.

Limits worth knowing

  • After three SMS reset requests you have to wait 72 hours before requesting another by SMS.
  • SMS and email resets are separate. If SMS fails, you can still request one by email.
  • If neither works, live chat can verify you manually and reset it. Support won't otherwise send a password by hand.
  • To change a password you still know, go to Profile, Login & Security, enter the current one and the new one, then Change password.

If the reset email or SMS doesn't arrive

CheckWhy it matters
Spam or junk folderReset emails are often filtered.
Mailbox fullA full inbox rejects new mail.
The email or number on your accountIf it was mistyped at registration, the reset goes there. Find it under Profile, Personal Info if you can still log in.
Phone signal and SIMSMS from short codes can be delayed; a prepaid SIM out of balance can miss them.

If you no longer have that number or email, they can only be changed through support with phone verification. See changing your phone or email. Anyone offering to “recover” your account for a fee, or asking for your code, is not support.
